The Sausage Brothers

The Sausage Brothers was founded by No. 5 Meats in 2022 as a way to reduce the amount of ground meat offered in packages by butcherbro.com from 50% to 35% and increase the overall percentage of streaks, roast, and other cuts like brisket and shortribs to increase consumer appeal. The company originated from a 3rd generation cattle ranch in Northern Minnesota which was originally a dairy farm. Since then it has grown into several hundred acres of cattle pastures and hay fields with some of the richest soil in the country! We believe that what our cows eat we are also eating which is why we grow our own cattle feed to insure it is organic and pure. Our cattle are free to drink water from a natural creek and river that flows through the property keeping the water free from flouride and other chemicals added by cities. Our goal is to provide you with the most natural meats the way God intended!

Our sausage recipies have been a family secret for several generations loved by all our neighbors and friends. We have a wipe variety of meat and spice combinations to meet every desire. We can even smoke your sausage with all nature applewood from our own apple orchard. Are you a street vendor, do you organize a local social group, or do you just throw a great barbeque?
